Payment Schedule
60% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
Security Deposit/Insurance:
One of these options must be selected:
1. Security Deposit in the amount of $5,000 to be paid 30 days before arrival. This will be returned within 7 days of departing minus any charges for damages to the property.
2. Damage Waiver Protection Policy (best option) - this is the $150 charge listed at booking and provides $1,500 in coverage for accidental damages to the property. It does not cover damages in excess of $1,500 or damages caused be negligent actions. A copy of this will be provide upon request or at booking.
